BAKED CRAB CASSEROLE

vegetable cooking spray
1 tbsp butter or margarine
1 lb crabmeat -- 454gr fresh Maine
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
4 egg whites -- stiffly beaten
2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese -- freshly grated
1/4 cup diced onion -- finely
Preheat oven to 350°F-180°C F and grease the casserole with cooking spray.
In a skillet, add the margarine and saute the onions until soft, but not brown.
In a medium-sized bowl, combine the crab, onion, Worcestershire, and mustard, and then gently fold in the egg whites.
Turn into the casserole, sprinkle the cheese, and bake in the oven for 25 minutes or until lightly puffed or browned. Serve immediately.
