1 lb Blue Crab -- 500gr fresh or froze
1/2 cup Butter -- melted
1 tbsp Tarragon Vinegar
Thaw frozen crab meat. Drain crab meat. Remove any remaining shell or cartilage.
Place crab meat in a shallow 1-quart casserole. Combine butter and vinegar. Pour over crab meat. Mix lightly.
Grill about 4" 100mm from source of heat for 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
