Seafood Fish-Flounder-Sole

1 1/2 lb flounder -- or sole fillets
3 tbsp worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp Italian salad dressing -- low-cal
1 dash garlic powder
3 tbsp lemon juice
salt and pepper
Place fish in shallow baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour evenly over fish. Marinate several hours in the refrigerator, turning the fish occasionally. Preheat oven to 350°F-180°C. Bake fish uncovered for 30 minutes. Grill for 5 minutes, or until fish is crisped.
