12 oz halibut -- 375gr
8 oz cream cheese -- 250gr softened
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp grated onion
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp dill weed -- crushed
1 dash hot pepper sauce
Parsley sprigs

Flake halibut; combine with cream cheese. Add lemon juice, onion and seasonings. Blend thoroughly in food processor or electric mixer.

Press mixture into bowl or mold lined with plastic wrap. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Unmold onto serving platter; garnish with parsley.
