HADDOCK A LA MCBRINE

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

2 6 oz haddock fillets -- 360gr
or other fish
4 tbsp mayonnaise -- or as needed
Old Bay Seafood seasoning -- to taste

Spread a thin coating of mayonnaise over the surface of the haddock fillets.
Sprinkle Old Bay Seasoning to taste -- I put a fairly generous amount on.
Grill until done -- approximately 5 minutes depending on the thickness of the fish.
