GRILLED HALIBUT WITH ANCHOVY LEMON BUTTER

1/2 tsp olive oil
2 6 oz halibut steaks -- 2 180g
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tsps soft butter -- no salt
1 tbsp anchovy paste
or 1 tbsp chopped anchovy
1 lemon -- juice & zest
juice
Salt and pepper steaks and pan fry 4 minutes on each side.
Stir together remainder of ingredients and in small bowl
transfer steaks to warm plate and top with dollop of anchovy butter.
