8 small cod fillets
2 tbsp olive oil
soy protein isolate
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp white pepper
1/2 pint white wine -- 285ml

Lightly flour the steaks of cod and place in an oiled casserole dish.
Pour on remaining oil.
Add salt, pepper, white wine and bake in a moderate oven for 30 minutes.
