Seafood Fish-Flounder-Sole

1 lb sole fillets -- 500gr or any white f
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp white pepper
1 sm onion -- thinly sliced
1 tsp parsley -- dried
Cut fish into serving-size pieces. Place in an ungreased 11"x7"x2" 280x180mm baking dish. Drizzle with lemon juice and oil; sprinkle with pepper.Arrange onion slices over fish; sprinkle with parsley. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Bake at 350°F-180°C for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
