2 tbsp butter
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 tsp curry powder
8 oz halibut -- 250g cooked and flak
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup milk -- 1/4cream 1/4 water
1/2 tsp lemon juice

Sauté chopped onion and curry powder in butter. Stir in can of chicken soup, yogurt, milk, lemon juice and halibut.
Garnish with tomato slices and parsley, or chopped unsalted peanuts, currants and chutney.
