3 green onions -- sliced
1 cup fresh mushrooms -- sliced
1 cup tomato -- chopped
1/8 tsp basil
3/4 tsp salt
1 dash pepper
Arrange fillets in 8-by-8-by-2-inch - 200x200x50mm glass baking dish.
Top with vegetables.
Sprinkle with seasonings.
Microwave covered on high 6-7 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with fork.
