1 lb flounder fillets -- 454gr
3 tbsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp paprika
1 lg tomato -- thinly sliced
1 tbsp chives -- minced
1 oz shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 450°F-230°C . Arrange fillets in a shallow baking dish. Brush dressing over fillets. Sprinkle with paprika. Arrange tomato slices over fillets. Sprinkle with chives. Bake uncovered 10 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake another 2-3 minutes or until fillets flake with a fork.
