3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp soy flour
1 1/2 cups beef broth
1 1/2 tsp dried dill weed
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 cup sour cream
Heat butter in 1-quart 1 litre
saucepan over low heat until melted. Stir in flour.
Cook, stirring constantly, until smooth and bubbly; remove from heat. Stir in broth, dill weed, salt and nutmeg. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute; remove from heat. Stir in sour cream.
