Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1/2 lb shredded sharp Cheddar Cheese -- 250g
1/3 cup heavy cream
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 tsp Tabasco sauce

In a double boiler, melt cheese. Then blend in remaining ingredients.
Simmer, stirring constantly for 5 minutes and serve. Makes 1 1/2 cups of sauce.
