RASPBERRY POPPYSEED DRESSING

1 tbsp grated onion
3/4 cup splenda
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp salt
1/3 cup raspberry vinegar
1 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp poppy seeds
Combine onion, splenda, mustard, salt and raspberry vinegar.
Whirl in blender 15 seconds.
Slowly add vegetable oil and poppy seeds.
Turn blender on and off to mix.
This is delicious on a salad of spinach, red onion, mandarin oranges, and sunflower seeds.
