1/2 cup raspberry vinegar
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
4 tsp shallots -- finely chopped
1 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Mix together well in a small bowl. salt to taste. Keep chilled until use.
This sauce will keep, covered and refrigerated, for 2 to 3 days.
