1 tbsp canola oil
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 cl garlic -- minced
2 tbsp fresh ginger -- grated
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tsp splenda

-Mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl.
-Divide equally on the Gingered Chicken Salad
