MEXICAN STYLE THICK SOUR CREAM

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

4 fl oz heavy cream -- 285ml
4 fl oz sour cream -- 285ml
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp buttermilk

Mix all ingredients in a glass jar
Cover with plastic wrap.
Let stand for 4-6 hours in a warm spot until set
Chill overnight.
Use light cream for a thinner mix.
