KEVBO'S BACON AND BLEU CHEESE DRESSING

3 slices bacon -- cooked crisp
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp minced garlic
1/4 cup minced green onions
2 tbsp minced red bell pepper
1/4 minced parsley
1 cup crumbled bleu cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
Salt and pepper
Cream to thin

Fry Bacon. Set aside. In drippings, sauté green onion and red bell peppers until tender.
Crumble bacon in bowl, add all remaining ingredients. Whip till well blended with wire whisk or large wooden spoon. If too thick, thin with a little cream.
