Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 cup chopped tomatoes
1 cup dry white wine -- (250 ml)
1 cup beef stock -- cubes)
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp splenda
1 bay leaf -- crumbled
1/2 tsp tabasco sauce
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp salt
freshly ground black pepper -- to taste

Combine all ingredients and bring to boil. Reduce and simmer for 45 minutes.
Strain, serve with chicken, ham, pork, frankfurters, lamb.
