2 cl garlic -- pressed
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Put garlic in garlic press and mash with salt. Add lemon juice and stir in oil. Whisk to blend well. Yields: 1/2 Cup.
Variation: Use lime juice in place of lemon. Delicious!
