1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 tsp orange extract
3/4 tsp grated ginger root
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp splenda -- (to taste)
1/4 tsp orange peel -- dried
1 pinch cayenne pepper
1 pinch ground cinnamon

In a blender or food processor blend yogurt, orange extract, ginger, salt splenda, orange peel, cayenne and cinnamon until smooth and creamy.
Refrigerate until ready to use.
Makes 4 servings.
