1 can cream of celery soup, condensed -- Campbell's
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp Dijon-style mustard
1/2 tsp garlic powder

In small bowl mix soup, mayonnaise, water, vinegar, mustard and garlic powder. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Stir before serving. Makes 2 cups.
