3/4 cup dry white wine -- (60 ml)
3/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/4 tsp salt
1 dash cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp powdered caraway seed -- (optional)

Combine all ingredients until smooth and creamy (a blender can be used).
Makes 1 cup.
