Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 clove garlic -- minced
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 head romaine lettuce
2 heads iceberg lettuce
1 head bibb lettuce
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tbsp salt
1/4 tbsp pepper
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 egg
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup crumbled Bleu cheese

Add garlic to oil.
Set aside for several hours.
In a large bowl, tear lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
Chill, covered.
Blend seasonings, lemon, and egg with garlic oil.
Toss with greens.
Sprinkle with cheeses.
Toss and serve immediately.
