1/2 cup melted butter
Put in the blender:
3 egg yolks
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
1 pinch cayenne pepper -- tiny
Blend at low speed a few seconds to mix, and with the blender running, very slowly pour in the hot melted butter.
Blend a few more seconds until smooth.
