BACON MUSTARD DRESSING

1 tsp bacon -- 1/4 slice
3/8 cup fresh orange juice
1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
3 tbsp scallions -- chopped
1 lg garlic -- minced
1 tsp brown sugar twin -- firmly packed
salt and pepper -- to taste
In a small heavy skillet, cook bacon over moderate heat, stirring until crisp. Remove from skillet from heat, remove bacon, drain fat. Add orange juice to skillet and scrape up brown bits.
In a blender blend bacon and orange juice mixture, sour cream, lemon juice, mustard, scallions, garlic and brown sugar and salt and pepper until smooth.
