1/4 cup tarragon vinegar
1/4 tsp seasoned salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper -- 3 turns
3/8 cup olive oil
2 tbsp heavy cream
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 cup roquefort cheese -- crumbled
Not only tasty on greens, but also interesting over cantaloupe or sliced strawberries.
Whisk all ingredients together except the cheese.
Stir in the cheese.
Refrigerate any leftovers
