GUACAMOLE SALAD

3 avocados -- stone and sliced
3 tomatoes -- chopped
1/4 cup lemon juice -- or 2 lemons juiced
chili powder
125 g bacon -- 1/4lb
1 Put avocados on a bed of lettuce.
2. Sprinkle with tomatoes, lemon juice and chili powder.
3. Cook bacon in a frypan until brown and crispy. Break up into small bits.
4. Sprinkle bacon on top of avocados and pour selected Dressing over.
