FRESH TOMATO SALSA

2 tbsp green onion -- thinly sliced
1 tbsp fresh cilantro -- chopped

1 tbsp fresh parsley -- chopped
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 jalapeno pepper -- seeded and minced
2 sm garlic -- crushed
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper -- coarsely ground

Combine tomato, green onion, cilantro, wine vinegar, jalapeņo pepper, garlic, salt and black pepper; cover and reserve until ready to use.
