FIERY THAI SALSA

3 cups cucumbers -- peel deseed chop
1 cup green onion -- chopped
3/4 cup radishes -- chopped
1/4 cup fresh mint -- chopped
3 tbsp fresh ginger -- minced and peeled
3 tbsp fresh lime juice
2 tbsp splenda
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp minced garlic
1 1/2 tsp sesame oil -- chili type

Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Season with salt. Cover and refrigerate until juicy, about 1 hour. Stir before serving cold.
