EGG SALAD WRAP

8 lg eggs, hard-boiled -- peel & chop
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp curry powder
4 drops hot pepper sauce -- or to taste
1 pickled cucumber -- finely chopped
1 stalk celery -- finely chopped
Salt and freshly ground black pepper -- to taste
8 slices bacon -- optional
8 Lettuce leaves -- preferably romaine
Mix together: mayo, mustard, curry, hot pepper sauce, Salt & Pepper.
Add the chopped celery & cucumber & eggs and mix well.
Divide equally among 8 lettuce leaves, top with a strip of bacon, wrap & serve.
