125 g black olives -- 4oz
4 stalks celery -- chopped
1 lg crabmeat
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp lemon juice
salt
cayenne

1. Cut the olives in halves and remove the stones.
2. Mix the olives, celery and crabmeat together.
3. Blend the mayonnaise, tomato paste and lemon juice. Season to taste with salt and cayenne.
4. Toss the crabmeat mixture in the dressing.
Chill well before servings.
