CARIBBEAN CHICKEN SALAD

Lime Dressing:
1/4 cup lime juice
2 tbsp olive oil -- or vegetable oil
1 tbsp splenda
1 tsp molasses
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp salt
2 drops hot sauce -- red pepper
Salad:
2 cups cooked chicken -- cut up
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 lg tomato -- chopped (1 cup)
1 med avocado -- chopped
1 sm yellow summer squash -- chopped
Romaine lettuce
Prepare Lemon Dressing: Shake all ingredients in tightly covered container.
Toss remaining ingredients except lettuce in large bowl. Pour dressing over salad; toss. Serve on lettuce.
