5 oz baby lettuce leaves -- 145gr or your choice
10 oz chicken breast -- 280gr grilled,in str
8 oz Colby cheese -- 500gr cut into strip
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes -- drained
Balsamic Dressing -- *see note
1/3 cup olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
salt and pepper -- to taste

-In a large bowl, toss all the ingredients except the dressing.
-Mix the dressing;set aside.
-Divide evenly among 4 salad plates, drizzle with dressing.
-Per serving:6.5 minus 1.2 gr. fiber= 5.3 carbs 26.7 gr. protein.
-*Adjust the dressing to your own taste or use bottled dressing.Be sure to check the carbs.
