BACON AND LETTUCE SALAD

1 lg lettuce
250 g bacon -- 1/2lb
cut into sm bits
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tbsp splenda
1 pinch molasses
3 tbsp vinegar
1. Wash, drain and dry the lettuce. Tear into bite-size pieces and put in a salad bowl.
2. Fry the bacon until crispy.
3. Add the splenda and vinegar and while still hot pour over the lettuce.
4. Serve immediately.
