BACON-STUFFED CHERRY TOMATOES

1 lb bacon -- 500gr
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup green onions
1 lb cherry tomatoes -- 500gr

Cook bacon until very crisp. Crumble bacon and mix with mayonnaise and green onions. Cut off top and scoop out inside of cherry tomatoes. (Trick to make tomatoes stand still cut a small sliver off the bottom). Fill with bacon mixture.
