1 sm onion -- finely chopped
1/2 cup celery -- finely chopped
1/4 cup carrot -- grated
1 cup red grapes -- seedless halves
4 cups cooked chicken -- cubed
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp old bay seasoning
In a large bowl, combine the onion, celery, carrot, grapes and chicken.
Gradually mix in mayonnaise. Season with pepper and Old Bay.
