AVOCADO WITH RAVIGOTE MAYONNAISE

2 avocados -- halved, remove stone
125 g crab meat -- 4oz
1 cup mayonnaise -- ravigote
2 eggs -- sliced
- For garnish-
parsley 1 sprig
lemon 2 slices -- twists
tomato 2 sm -- fan

Remove some of the flesh from the avocado halves, leaving a ‘lining’ about 5mm deep. Dice the flesh removed. Mix crabmeat with ravigote mayonnaise and use a quarter of the mixture to fill each avocado half.
