1 8 oz pack cream cheese -- softened
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
6 slices bacon -- cooked and crumbled
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 lb jalapeno peppers -- 454gr
halved lengthwise and seeded
1/2 cup pork rinds, plain -- crushed
Mix cheeses, bacon and seas.,Spoon about 2 Tb. into each pepper half. Roll in crushed pork rinds. Place in greased 15"x10 " 380x260mm baking dish.
Bake uncovered at 300°F-150°C 20 min for spicy, 30 min for med., 40 min for mild flavor. Serve with ranch dressing.
