8 lg lettuce leaves
2 tomatoes -- cut in wedges
1/2 tin tuna in oil
1/2 tin artichoke hearts
3 slices salami
3 slices ham -- parma
3 anchovy fillets
4 radishes
4 black olives -- sliced
1/2 red pepper -- sliced
2 stalks celery -- cut in 5-cm
- Italian Dressing:-
1/4 cup olive oil
1 cup anchovy fillets
2 tbsp lemon juice -- or 1 lemon juiced
1 cl garlic -- crushed
salt and pepper to taste
0. Dressing: Blend olive oil with the anchovy fillets, mashing with a fork until they are well mixed with the oil. Add lemon juice and garlic; mix thoroughly. Sea-
son to taste with salt and pepper.
1.Wash, drain and dry lettuce. Arrange leaves on a large platter.
2.Toss tomatoes in the Italian Dressing. Place on lettuce leaves.
3.Drain tuna, break into chunks and put on lettuce with the tomatoes.
4.Drain artichoke hearts and toss lightly in the dressing.
5.Arrange artichoke hearts, salami, Parma ham, anchovy fillets, radishes, olives, pepper, celery on the platter.
6.Sprinkle with parsley, capers and Italian Dressing.
