ANCHOVY SALAD WITH EGG DRESSING

1 lettuce
2 tins anchovy fillets
6 hard-boiled eggs
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp splenda
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp dry mustard
2 tbsp cream
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp chopped chives

1. Rice the egg yolks and mix with salt pepper sugar paprika and dry mustard.
2. Gradually add cream, oil, Worcestershire Sauce and vinegar. Mix well.
3. Wash, drain and dry the lettuce and tear into bite-size pieces.
4. Put the lettuce in the salad bowl with the drained and cut up anchovy fillets.
5. Pour on dressing and toss thoroughly.
6. Sprinkle chopped egg whites on top.
