CHICKEN BREASTS PIQUANT

3/4 cup chicken stock
2 tbsp lemon juice -- or juice of 1 lemon
1 cl garlic -- crushed
1 dash pepper
1/2 tsp dried onions
1 tsp paprika
2 chicken breast, no skin, no bone, R-T-C -- split
Combine all but the chicken in skillet and bring to a boil. Add chicken,cover and simmer 15 minutes. Turn chicken over, and simmer 15 minutes longer, or until tender. Sprinkle with parsley.
