4 lg chicken breast, no skin, no bone, R-T-C
pounded thin
1/4 cup Italian salad dressing
2 slices prosciutto -- halved
Marinate chicken breasts in Italian dressing overnight; covered and refrigerated. Preheat oven to 400°F-200°C . Coat baking dish with nonstick spray.
Arrange Chicken breasts in single layer, cover with prosciutto and bake in preheated oven 10 to 12 minutes, until juices run clear.
