CHICKEN AND ASPARAGUS HOLLANDAISE

1 Hollandaise sauce, packet -- (1 1/4 ounces)
1 lb skinless boneless chicken breast halves -- cut into strips
2 tsp lemon juice
10 oz frozen asparagus spears -- or fresh asparagus
1 dash cayenne pepper
Prepare hollandaise sauce according to package directions.
Spray large skillet with nonstick cooking spray; cook chicken strips over medium-high heat 10 to 12 minutes or until browned, stirring occasionally.
Add hollandaise sauce, lemon juice and asparagus.
Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, 5 to 10 minutes or until asparagus is heated through.
(Do not overcook).
Add cayenne pepper, salt and black pepper to taste.
