1 1/2 lb chicken breasts without skin -- 750g

13 mm cubes
1 medium onion -- chopped
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tb vegetable oil
14 1/2 oz chicken broth -- 350g
8 oz green chiles -- 250g canned
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin -- ground
1 tsp oregano -- dried
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup whipping cream
In a large saucepan saute chicken, onion, and garlic powder in oil until chicken is no longer pink.
Add broth, chiles, and seasonings.
Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
Remove from heat; stir in sour cream and cream. Serve immediately.
