2 tsp oil
4 chicken breast, no skin, no bone, R-T-C
sliced in 1/2 inch 13mm strips
2 cl minced garlic
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 tbsp chutney -- peach or apricot
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp clove
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1 1/2 cups low sodium chicken broth
3 tbsp dry white wine
2 tsp coconut oil

In a large skillet, heat oil to medium high, and saute chicken pieces until brown. Remove chicken, set aside.
Saute garlic and onion in skillet/ frypan until soft, and golden.
Stir in chutney and spices and cook one minute. Add broth and wine, and heat through, stirring constantly. Return chicken to sauce, reduce heat, and simmer 15 minutes. Stir in coconut flavoring.
