BBQ CITRUS CHICKEN

8 chicken breasts -- cut in half
- MARINADE-
3/4 cup fresh lemon juice
3/4 cup fresh lime juice
2 tsp Splenda
1 tsp minced garlic
1/4 tsp cayenne
1/4 cup peanut oil
1 pinch salt and ground pepper
Heat marinade in saucepan until splenda dissolves.
Remove from heat and whisk in oil. Cool
Mix marinade ingredients in a large ziplock bag. Add chicken breasts and marinate, chilled, overnight. At least four hours if a quick result is required. Turn often.
Remove and drain chicken.
Cook on hotplate part of grill until sealed. Finish on BBQ/Grill 15-30 minutes;turning pieces often.
Baste pieces during cooking with any remaining marinade.
