BAKED CHICKEN CURRY

4 lg boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup melted butter
1 tsp lemon juice
2 cl minced garlic
1 tsp salt
2 tsp curry powder

Place chicken, skin-side down, in greased 9x13-inch330x230mm baking dish.
Brush chicken with some of the sauce.
Bake at 350°F-180°C for 30 minutes, basting once.
Turn chicken, bake 30 minutes,
Basting with additional sauce every 10 minutes until chicken is tender.
