ALBONDIGAS CON AJO (CHICKEN BREAST MEATBALLS WITH GARLIC)

1 lb chicken breast -- ground
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp nutmeg
3 tbsp dill -- chopped
2 tbsp vegetable oil
10 garlic cloves -- peeled and halved
3/4 cup water
1/2 lemon -- to squeeze for juice
In a small bowl place ground chicken breast, salt, ground pepper, nutmeg and 1 tablespoon of the dill .
Mix well .
In a deep lidded skillet or flameproof casserole large enough to hold the meatballs, heat the oil and saute the garlic until light golden .
Add the 3/4 cup of water, salt and more ground pepper .
Allow to boil, lower the heat and cook for a few minutes .
Shape the meat mixture into small balls (1" - 25mm in diameter) and add to the saucepan .
Cover and cook over a low heat for 1/2 hour .
Uncover, add squeeze of lemon juice and the remaining chopped dill, taste, rectify seasoning and serve .
