AFGHAN CHICKEN KEBAB

1 cup Yogurt
1 1/2 teaspoons Salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper -- or red
3 cloves minced garlic
1 1/2 pounds chicken breast halves without skin -- 750g cut in kebab pi
2 large Tomatoes -- slice
1 large Onion -- slice
Cilantro
1 lemon -- or limes quarter

Mix yogurt, salt, pepper and garlic in bowl.
Mix meat with yogurt and marinate 1 to 2 hours at room temperature, up to 2 days refrigerated.
Thread meat on skewers and grill over BBQ
Serve with lemon or lime quarters for squeezing.
